How To Use Your Cat Tree
The vertical areas of a cat tree provide safety, comfort, exercise and fun!
The size of the tree you purchase should be determined by the number of cats, size of your cats and age of cats. For more than one cat, a tree with multiple landings makes out possible for each cat to have his or her own space.
Special consideration should be taken for very young cats (kittens) and very old cats. At 6 months, your cat is ready to climb and explore life up off the floor. If you are worried about your cat falling while climbing, place the tree on carpeting or place cushions around the base of the tree. For elderly cats or cats with limited mobility a cat tree could be challenging. Please seek the advice of your vet for both very young kittens and for elderly cats with limited mobility.

Picking the Perfect Spot for Your Tree
Cats love to look out windows to watch the world go by. The perfect location provides a view but not direct sunlight. Also make sure your placing the tree on a level surface. If you have high cabinets or china cabinets that could be reached from the tree, you may want to pick another spot for the tree. Do not place the tree outdoors as it is not intended for outdoor use.

Assemble the legs
Assemble the two sets of legs per the illustrated instructions.

Attach post
Attach the center post to the legs per the illustrated instructions. Use provided screws to attach the legs to the center post.

Reference the drawings to understand the order in which the platforms are assembled.
Feed the lowest platform (#1) over the center post and attach screws to keep in place. Follow with platform #2 and so on until all four platforms are assembled on the center post. Check that all screws are in place and tightened.

Care and Maintenance of Your Tree
Cleaning fabric pads:
Your Domi + Frisk fabric pads can be cleaned with a lint brush to remove cat hair. For soiled fabric we recommend surface spot cleaning with a damp sponge and a small amount of dish soap and water.
Cleaning wood surfaces:
Clean with a soft cloth only. Do not use any cleaning solution other
