The 3 legged base provides stability to this no tip tree.  There is a cut thru area for the cats to reach the top perch. Once on the top, cats will find ample room to sleep and a small guard rail to keep cats safe when sleeping.  

The tree comes with for fabric covered foam pads which are completely removable for easy cleaning. A non stick backing keeps the foam pads in place.

Made from smooth and glossy black, phenolic plywood. Phenolic plywood is environmentally friendly, durable, hygienic, and easy to clean!
